Morning sickness is a quite common problem among moms during the early stages of pregnancy, and it can make it difficult to eat properly. Lifestyle choices become more important to think about when you are expecting. When eating an all plant diet like a vegan would you have to take iron supplements for women. This is because you won't get all the nutrients you need while you are on an all veggie diet.
